Martha Ofori

Martha Ofori is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human rights, gender equality, and business development. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor for Human Rights & Gender Equality at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since February 2024, Martha also operates as the Founder and CEO of K & K FARMS LTD, specializing in mushroom production and business advisory since April 2021. Previous roles include Technical Advisor for Business Development at the World University Service of Canada from September 2021 to February 2023, and various positions at the Millennium Development Authority, where significant contributions to gender mainstreaming and social inclusion in Ghana's power sector were made. Additional experience spans from a Clinical Psychologist role at OrphanAid Africa to teaching assistant and graduate assistant positions at the University of Ghana. Martha holds an MPhil in Clinical Psychology and a BA in Psychology from the University of Ghana.
