Currently serving as the Team Lead for Sustainable Mobility at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Michael leads initiatives to transform Kenya's transport sector into a more climate-friendly and inclusive system. Michael has held various roles within GIZ, including Advisor for Sustainable Transport and Green Hydrogen, and Sustainable Procurement Manager. Previously, Michael worked at the Institute for Applied Ecology - Öko-Institut as a Research Associate, focusing on alternative fuels and mobility services.
