Nida Awan

Nida Awan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Training Coordinator for Asia at the International Rescue Committee and as a Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum, Nida has a history of leading training programs, conducting evaluations, and managing HR initiatives. Previous roles include Consultant at The Core Story, Business Support Manager at HHL Global Business Services Limited, and Corporate Manager of Learning & Development at Hashoo Group, where over 400 hospitality staff were trained. Nida’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of the West of England and a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, complemented by certifications in training.
