Pierre Henri BILLONG NGANDO has extensive experience in human resources and information technology management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since April 2019, responsibilities include achieving strategic and tactical organizational goals across projects implemented in Cameroon, Gabon, Chad, RCA, and Sao Tome through human resources process management, ethics, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to this role, Pierre held various positions including Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst and IT Department Manager at MULTIPRINT SERIGRAPHIE SA, where duties encompassed IT governance, project management, and operational human resources management. Previous roles also include an Analyst at Bolloré Africa Logistics and project management positions in several organizations, complemented by a solid educational background with multiple degrees in project management and information technology.
