Youssef Saad

Youssef Saad is a seasoned professional in systems development and digital solutions, currently serving as the Director of Systems Development & Integrated Digital Solutions at the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of Egypt since February 2007. Youssef has extensive experience managing various roles, including overseeing software applications development, leading programming teams, and conducting business analysis in both NTRA and prior positions. Youssef has contributed to digital transformation initiatives with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and developed software solutions as a Senior .NET Application Developer at UCIS Qatar. Youssef holds a postgraduate diploma from the Institute of Statistical Studies and Research, Cairo University, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from South Valley University.
