Magdy Rafik

Magdy Rafik is a seasoned Project Manager currently serving at Giza Systems since July 2024, with a prior role as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Systems Engineering of Egypt from August 2021 to December 2024. Magdy has extensive experience in project planning, stakeholder management, and resource identification. Previously, Magdy held the position of Senior Incident Management Specialist at Orange Business Services from August 2019 to July 2021, where fault diagnosis and customer communication were key responsibilities. Magdy's career began at Orange Business Services in July 2017 as an Incident Management specialist. Magdy holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Misr International University, obtained in July 2016.
