Saleh Algroony

Saleh Algroony is a seasoned professional in human resources and corporate services, currently serving as the Group Chief People and Corporate Services at Giza Systems since January 2025 and as an Executive Board Member at ccc by stc since March 2023. With previous experience as Chief People and Corporate Services Officer at solutions by stc and extensive leadership in succession planning at Saudi Electricity Company, Saleh specializes in talent development and organizational strategy, including the implementation of assessment tools and leadership development plans. Saleh's educational background includes a BS in Computer Science from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and advanced studies at the University of Michigan and IMD.
