Cathrine Strandberg Greve

Cathrine Strandberg Greve is an accomplished professional in organizational development and leadership, currently serving as Fagleder Ledelse at Gjensidige since April 2025. Previously, Cathrine held the position of Lead Leadership at Aker BP ASA from August 2021 to March 2025 and worked as a Senior Rådgiver specializing in Organizational Development and Leadership Development at DNB from April 2019 to August 2021. In this role, Cathrine contributed to the development of future leaders, supported organizational change in the tech sector, co-developed the DNB People Brand, and managed various leadership programs and initiatives. Prior to DNB, Cathrine served as an Organizational Development Specialist and Senior Consultant at Oslo kommune, focusing on digital transformation and trust-based management. Cathrine holds a degree in Gestalt therapy from Norsk Gestalt Institutt Høyskole and completed additional training in mentorship at Norsk Gestaltinstitutt.
