Eivind Elnan

Eivind Elnan (1974) has been a board member of Gjensidige since 2017. Elnan has a master's degree in engineering (Industrial Economics and Technology Management) from NTNU.

He is chairman of the board of AX Innovasjon AS, Industrivegen 10 Verdal AS, FPS Holding AS and Braxi AS. He is a board member of the Gjensidige Foundation, Securo AS and Scuti AS.

Elnan has established and built up several technology companies, including Securo AS, and Hypoxic Technologies AS, which in 2017 became part of the German group Wagner Group GmbH, and where he is now general manager.

Elnan has previous work experience from, among others, Securo AS, Innherred Vekst AS and Accenture

Elnan has significant experience as a manager and from entrepreneurial activities and the development of technology companies.

Eivind Elnan is independent in relation to senior employees and significant business associates.

Elnan is up for election to the board in 2021.

Elnan owns 2,200 shares in Gjensidige Forsikring ASA, including any shares owned by related parties (last changed 10 May 2017).
