Rikke Bille Rothe

Rikke Bille Rothe is currently the Director of Nordic People Partnering at Gjensidige and Head of People in Denmark. Prior to this, Rikke held leadership positions in HR at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies and Biogen. Rikke also has experience in HR consulting and organizational development at NIRAS, EksternHR, and Nykredit. With a background in conflict resolution and leadership development, Rikke brings a wealth of experience to their current role.
