Julie Therese Peeters

Julie Therese Peeters is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in early childhood and primary education. Currently serving as Rektor at Gjerdrum kommune since January 2023, Julie previously held the position of Rektor at Glommasvingen skole in Sør-Odal kommune from 2018 to January 2023, where additional roles included Konstituert kommunalsjef for oppvekst and Skole- og barnehagefaglig rådgiver. Prior experience includes serving as Rektor and styrer at Hoppensprett, and as Adjunkt at Algarheim skole, focusing on special education. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Skolemiljø og ledelse from OsloMet, various leadership programs from BI Norwegian Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Førskolelærerutdanning from Oslo and Akershus University College.
