Cheryl Kypreos

Cheryl Kypreos is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at GK Properties Real Estate & Management since February 2020, Cheryl previously worked as a Land Broker at Nathan & Associates, Inc. from January 2009 to February 2020. Prior to that, Cheryl held the position of Division President at TOUSA (Engle Homes) from March 2006 to December 2008 and served as Executive/Regional Vice President at Richmond American Homes from 2000 to 2006. Cheryl began their career as a CPA specializing in audit and homebuilder services at McGladrey & Pullen from October 1994 to October 1998. Cheryl is an alumnus of Arizona State University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
