Derek Nolen

Derek Nolen has a diverse range of work experience in the field of logistics and operations management. Derek began their career as a Production Control Manager and Material Flow Specialist at Chrysler, where they created long-term production schedules and implemented standardized work practices. Derek then moved on to roles such as Planning & Timing Manager at Trenton Engine and Warranty Chargeback Administrator at In-Transit Vehicle Administration.

In 2009, Derek joined New Dimension Logistics, LLC (NDLX) as a Site Logistics Manager, overseeing logistics management for a sheet metal company during the construction of Chrysler's New Paint Shop. Derek also served as the CEO of DTN Supply Chain Consulting Inc. during this time.

Derek's experience also includes roles as an Area Materials Manager at Tower International, where they provided on-site support for frame stamping and assembly plants, and as an Operations Manager and Materials Manager at AirBoss of America, where they managed all activities related to operations and the development of company products.

Most recently, Derek has been working as a Corporate Logistics Manager at Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation. Overall, Derek Nolen has demonstrated expertise in logistics management, operations, and supply chain consulting throughout their career.

Derek Nolen attended Michigan State University from 1981 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Systems Economics and Management.
