Kenneth Krause

Kenneth Krause has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Kenneth started their career at PRICE WATERHOUSE & CO as an Audit Senior from December 1976 to September 1980. Kenneth then worked at Durr Systems, Inc. from October 1980 to March 1985, initially as a Controller/Accounting Manager and later as Treasurer. During their tenure there, they managed the accounting department, prepared financial statements, and reduced annual audit expenses.

From April 1988 to April 2006, Krause held various roles at Durr Systems, Inc., including Director of Finance and Business Unit Controller. In these positions, they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis for a $250 million division. Kenneth also turned around two loss divisions, achieving profitability within two years by reducing operational expenses by over 50%.

From October 2008 to September 2009, Krause worked as an Independent Financial Consultant for KMK, LLC. During this time, they provided financial consulting services to Durr Systems, Inc. on contracts, tax audits, litigation matters, and subcontractor claims.

Krause joined Parry, Murphy and Associates in October 2009 as a Senior Associate until June 2011. Finally, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Gallagher Kaiser Corporation in October 2011 and continues to hold this position.

Kenneth Krause obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, completing their education from 1972 to 1976.
