Richard Connors, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Richard began their career in 1986 as a Project Engineer at Fabricating Engineers, where they worked until 1989. Richard then joined Design Systems, Inc. as a Project Engineer, a position that they held until 1995. Richard then moved to Durr Automation and served as an Engineering Supervisor for a year before transitioning to the role of Project Manager at Engineering Services Group in 1996. With Engineering Services Group, they worked until 2001, when they became a Group Manager at Ghafari Associates. Richard spent a significant portion of their career at Ghafari Associates, where they held various leadership positions until 2018. In 2018, they joined Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation as a Sr. Project Engineer. Richard is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has a diverse background in engineering and project management.

Richard Connors, PMP completed their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Richard attended Michigan State University from 1982 to 1986, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. During the same period, they also pursued an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Lansing Community College from 1982 to 1984. Prior to their college education, Richard Connors graduated from Lansing Eastern High School in 1981, receiving a diploma in College Prep.
