Saad Jasim, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction field. SAAD started their career at Kaw Valley Engineering, Inc. in 2008 as a Construction Inspector, where they performed various inspections and materials testing related to structural steel, welding, concrete, soils, and more. SAAD then joined BlueScope in 2015 as a Design Engineer, where they executed structural steel design for pre-engineered steel building projects. In 2013, they began working for Design System Inc. for General Motors GM as a Civil/Structural Field Engineer, where they served as the owner's representative during the construction of multi-million dollar projects. In 2020, Saad joined Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation as a Project Coordinator, overseeing a 550 million brown-field paint shop project in Detroit. SAAD is currently working at Terracon as a Construction Materials Testing Project Manager.

Saad Jasim, P.E. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mosul, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. SAAD then pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the same university.

Saad Jasim also received the certification of Professional Engineer (PE) from the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions, although the specific years of obtaining this certification are unknown.
