Anna Stephenson Watson is an experienced nonprofit leader dedicated to improving opportunities for children and families in Tulsa through collaborative systems-level work. They served as the Operations Manager for the Birth Through Eight Strategy at the George Kaiser Family Foundation from 2020 to 2023, and previously held positions as Founding Executive Director at the Meridian Freedom Project and a Secondary ELA Teacher at Lakeside High School. Anna began their educational journey by earning a BA in English Language and Literature from Baylor University in 2009. Currently, they are focused on centering partner voices with an equity lens to drive meaningful change in their community.
