Erika Wescott

Erika Wescott serves as the Director of Investment Operations at the George Kaiser Family Foundation since February 2025. In addition, Erika co-owns and operates Cody Wescott Golf Fitness, which has evolved from a one-on-one nutrition coaching startup into a successful seven-figure holistic golf fitness business. Prior experience includes roles as Controller and Accounting Manager at Atento Capital, where Erika managed a venture capital firm's financial operations, and as Director of Finance and Operations at We Are MULTIPLY, where significant expense reductions and revenue growth were achieved. Prior roles include directing finance for JR Properties DC and leading operations at [solidcore]. Early career experience includes positions at The JBG Companies and KPMG, specializing in finance, auditing, and asset management. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
