Georg Bachmann

Georg Bachmann has extensive experience in the metallurgical industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Business Systems at GKN Powder Metallurgy since December 2016. Previously, Georg held several leadership positions at GKN Powder Metallurgy, including Vice President of Industry 4.0 & Global Systems and Vice President of Supply Chain, Purchasing and Lean. From January 2009 to December 2019, Georg worked at GKN Sinter Metals as Director of Global Supply Chain Processes and Supply Chain Manager, having also contributed to the company from 1997 to 2008 in various roles, including Einkauf. Georg's career in the GKN group began at GKN SINTER METALS SPA, where responsibilities included various duties from November 1988 to 1997. Educational background includes studies at Handelsschule Bruneck.
