Dean Dove

Dean Dove is an experienced professional who has worked in various engineering roles in the aerospace industry. Notably, Dean has worked as a Project Lead and Continuous Improvement Lead for Rolls-Royce at Dove Aero Tech Ltd, Senior Industrial Engineer and Project Engineer at GKN Aerospace, and as a Team Leader at Britten Norman Group Ltd. Dean has extensive experience in manufacturing composite fan blades and operating AFP machines. Dean started their career as an apprentice at GKN Aerospace and Britten Norman Group Ltd, where Dean gained skills in detail shop fitting, sheet metal fabrication, and production line fitting.
