Donna Loop, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Liberty Utilities since January 2013, Donna has also held the position of Manager of Labor Relations & Employment at GKN Aerospace since 2007. Previously, as the Vice President of HR at Spartech Corporation from February 2001 to April 2007, Donna provided executive leadership for a rapidly growing international plastics manufacturing company. Additionally, Donna managed the entire HR function as HR Manager at Dana Corporation for a non-union facility with 400 employees.
