Julia Guichard Dumond

Julia Guichard Dumond serves as CFO for GL Events in the Middle East, alongside the role of Regional Financial Controller for South Africa and China, since February 2016. Her responsibilities encompass oversight of all GCC support functions, including finance, HR, and administration, while managing a team of 20. Major events led include the FIFA World Cup in Qatar (2022), Saudi Cup (2020), Expo 2020 in the UAE, and the Asian Games (2018). Additionally, Julia holds the position of Financial Controller at GL Events China since January 2015 and has been Financial and Administrative Manager at GL Events Middle East since September 2013. Previous experience includes a managerial role as a Financial Auditor at Ernst & Young from September 2008 to August 2013, focusing on auditing and internal controls. Julia obtained a Master's degree from KEDGE Business School and a Bachelor of International Business from Externat Sainte Marie de Lyon.
