Sepideh (Maria) Kousha

Sepideh (Maria) Kousha has a diverse work experience in both project management and human resources. Sepideh (Maria) is currently employed as a Project Manager at Glaciem Cooling Technologies since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Shiraz Electricity Distribution Company (ShED Co.) for several roles. From January 2020 to January 2022, they were a Human Resources Specialist. From May 2012 to January 2020, they served as a Process Improvement and Quality Management Specialist. And from June 2009 to May 2012, they worked as a Strategic Management Specialist.

Sepideh (Maria) Kousha has a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Shiraz University. Sepideh (Maria) completed their Master's degree from 2007 to 2010 and their Bachelor's degree from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Sepideh (Maria) Kousha has obtained several certifications. Sepideh (Maria) completed the "Learning Dropbox" certification from LinkedIn in August 2022 and the "Learning Microsoft Project" certification from LinkedIn in August 2022. In March 2016, they obtained the "MBTI Step I" certification from IranMBTI.ir. Earlier in November 2012, they obtained the "Introduction to Editing and Writing Skills of Scientific Documentation" certification from Shiraz University.
