Valdi Rocha has over 13 years of experience in data management and testing within the financial services sector. Currently a Data Management Analyst at Glacier by Sanlam since July 2010, Valdi ensures alignment of future platforms with data management frameworks and local/global definitions for data stakeholders. Prior roles include Lead Test Analyst and Specialist Test Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership, communication with stakeholders, and project implementation in high-pressure Agile environments. Earlier experience includes positions as a Junior Business Analyst at Old Mutual and an Investment Service Consultant at Old Mutual - Fairbairn Capital. Valdi holds a BCom Informatics degree from the University of South Africa and various certifications in testing and data management.
