Currently serving as Director of Capital Markets at Glacier Global Partners since 2020, Lazar oversees debt and equity investments secured by various property types. As Managing Partner at Hiiro Capital since 2015, Lazar has played a pivotal role in raising over $500 million in debt financing and more than $400 million in real estate investments, while advising Israeli investors and facilitating joint ventures. With a law practice established in 1998, Lazar specializes in real estate, corporate, and commercial law, offering legal counsel and managing transactional work for various clients. Earlier career experience includes seven years as an Independent Deal Maker, facilitating real estate transactions in Eastern Europe and the US. Lazar holds a Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
