Kara Guedes

Kara Guedes, CPA, CGA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as the Assistant Corporate Controller at Glacier Media Group since June 2017. Prior to this role, Kara held the position of Digital Controller at Glacier Media Group from February 2009 to June 2017. Career beginnings included roles as Corporate Accountant at Food Steps International Inc and Contract Accountant at New Skeena Forest Products Inc and TeckCominco Ltd. Kara also served as Senior Accountant at The Jim Pattison Group from May 1997 to September 2001. Educational qualifications include a Certified General Accountant designation from the CGA Association of BC and a Diploma of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Capilano University.
