Naomi Zhao has a diverse work experience in the media and advertising industry. Naomi started their career at Dentsu, where they held several positions, including tactical planner, senior tactical planner, supervisor, strategic planning manager, and senior manager. Naomi then worked at Maxus Global as an Associate Planning Director, where they conducted market research, developed communication strategies, and coordinated with different agencies. Naomi also worked at Omnicom Media Group as a Planning Director before joining Glacier Media Group. At Glacier Media Group, they served as a Business Director and later became the Vice President of Product & Business Development. Additionally, they co-founded Eastward Media, a full-service ad-tech digital agency under Glacier Media Group. In this role, they focused on providing comprehensive solutions for targeting Chinese audiences worldwide and working with leading advertising agencies.
