Rosie Garcha is an experienced Payroll Manager with a proven track record in payroll processing and compliance. Currently at Glacier Media Group since July 2020, Rosie oversees the accurate and timely processing of hourly payroll while supervising a team of payroll professionals. Prior to this, Rosie held the same title at Tree Island Industries Ltd for eight years, ensuring adherence to company policies and collective agreements. Rosie's career began as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist at Rocky Mountaineer Vacations, where responsibilities included managing payroll for approximately 450 employees and liaising with various regulatory bodies. Rosie holds a certification as a Payroll Manager from the Canadian Payroll Association and has education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
