Erica Terrell is an experienced marketing professional with a focus on the restaurant industry. Since March 2007, Erica has served as the Director of Marketing for Glacier Restaurant Group, where responsibilities include restaurant brand development, website management, graphic design, and executing marketing campaigns across various media platforms. Prior to this role, Erica worked as a Franchise Development Coordinator at CM Brands, LLC from January 2004 to March 2007, supporting the franchise expansion of brands like Ciao Mambo and MacKenzie River Pizza Co. Earlier experience includes a supervisory position at Mambo Italiano from August 2003 to February 2006. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with a concentration in Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1998 and 2002.
