Polly Crozier

Polly Crozier is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in advocacy and board leadership within the LGBTQ community. Currently serving as the Director of Family Advocacy at GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) since October 2022, Polly has previously held the position of Senior Staff Attorney at GLAD from October 2016 to October 2022. Polly has contributed to the governance of organizations as a board member at The Winsor School since June 2021 and previously at The Park School from September 2013 to September 2020. A partner at Kauffman Crozier LLP from December 2011 to August 2016, Polly also practiced as an attorney at the Law Office of Joyce Kauffman from September 2005 to December 2011. Polly's leadership roles include serving as Co-Chair and Board Member of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association and working as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court and the Maryland Court of Appeals. Polly holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in History from Yale University.
