Randi Marhefka R.T.(R)(BD) has extensive experience in both healthcare and recruitment, currently serving as an Account Manager and Executive Recruiter at Glades Talent since June 2018. Prior to this role, Randi worked as an Executive Recruiter at Premier Medical Staffing from November 2016 to June 2018. Randi began a career in healthcare as a Radiologic Technologist at UMass Memorial Medical Center and Saint Vincent Hospital from May 2010 to November 2016. Randi holds two Associate's degrees from Quinsigamond Community College: one in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer obtained between 2008 and 2010, and another in Medical/Clinical Assistant earned from 2005 to 2007.
