Franklyn Peart has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Franklyn started their career as a Software Engineer at IBM in 1995 and then moved on to work as a System Software Engineer at Concurrent Computer Corporation from 1996 to 1998. Franklyn joined Citrix in 1998 and held various roles including Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and finally Lead Software Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the Citrix Independent Management Architecture (IMA) platform for XenApp, where they improved scalability from 40 to over 1,000 servers in the farm. Peart then joined Citrix Systems, Inc. in 2006 as a Principal Design Engineer, where they established and managed a team of 40 engineers and 5 team leads, focusing on developing common platform elements across Citrix Access Suite. Finally, in 2009, they co-founded Gladinet Inc and took on the role of Co-Founder, overseeing daily operations and providing cloud storage services to small and medium-sized enterprises. Throughout their career, Peart has demonstrated strong leadership, technical, and architectural skills.

Franklyn Peart attended Florida International University from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math. In December 2020, they also obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
