Albert Dixon

Albert Dixon is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in managing and developing technology systems. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Gladly since November 2019, Albert has progressed from Principal Platform Engineer to Senior DevOps Engineer within the same company. Prior to Gladly, Albert held the position of Staff Infrastructure Engineer at Lumos Labs (Lumosity) and worked as a DevOps Engineer at SeaChange International, where responsibilities included maintaining distributed, cloud-based systems and working with container technologies. Albert's career also includes experience as a Linux Systems and Automation Engineer at Asurion and an IT Analyst at San Francisco State University. Albert holds a B.S. in Computer Science from San Francisco State University, complemented by studies at Wesleyan University.
