Alex Webber is the current Manager of Technical Support Engineering at Gladly. In this role, Alex served as a Search Engine Marketing Consultant involving PPC management, strategy & optimization for Google & BING Search & Display networks. Prior to Boost Media, Alex was with Geary LSF from July 2012 to May 2014 as an SEM Consultant. In this role, Alex was responsible for PPC management, strategy & optimization for Google & BING Search & Display networks. Alex began their career in 2007 with Meltwater Group where they spent 5 years as their Global Support Lead. In this role, Alex managed a team of domestic and offshore Support Engineers to help deliver the best quality SaaS product service for Meltwater's 15,000+ client base.

Alex Webber has a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Technology and Design from the University of Kent, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Brighton.
