Dan Jones

Head of Sales Enablement at Gladly

Dan Jones is the current Head of Sales Enablement at Gladly. Prior to their current position, Dan was with Skytap for 7 years, where they started as the Senior Vice President of Product. While at Skytap, Dan was responsible for heading the product group, which included product management, user experience, and technical documentation. Dan was also responsible for helping restore the company to double-digit annual revenue growth and increasing the paying customer count by 3.5x in just two years.

Dan has extensive experience in product strategy and roadmap development, market research, technical investigations and decision making for potential product offerings, and delivering architectural deep dive sessions to educate customers and new hires on the technical underpinnings of Skytap's cloud service. Dan is also experienced in driving and implementing on-going process improvements across product, engineering, support, and field teams to improve scalability, tracking, quality, and predictability.

Dan Jones has an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BS in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

They work with Travis Andrade - Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Maria Spaniciatti - Content Marketing Manager, and Zareen Islam - Customer Marketing Manager. Dan Jones reports to Daniel Rood, Head of Product Marketing.
