Evan Tann is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur with a robust background in technology and business. Currently serving as a Software Engineer Fellow at Gladly since July 2023, Evan previously co-founded Thankful, where as CTO, a platform was developed to enhance customer service for millions of ecommerce shoppers using AI, successfully raising $15M and expanding the team to 40 members. Prior to that, Evan co-founded Cloudwear, Inc. and served as CEO, inventing a patent-pending cybersecurity technology aimed at protecting critical infrastructure, which was showcased at prestigious events such as TED, DLD, and TechCrunch Disrupt. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business, earned from 2008 to 2013.
