Noah Appelbaum

Noah Appelbaum is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer success, education, and the arts. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Gladly since July 2024, Noah previously held the role of Developer Support Engineer. Additional experience includes volunteering as a Software Engineer at Chi Hack Night, leading as a Teaching Artist at Playmakers Laboratory Theatre, and working as a Faculty member at The Second City Training Center. Noah has also contributed as a Guitar, Bass, and Ukulele Instructor at Lyriq Music School and coached athletes in Wushu at EKF Martial Arts. Earlier in the career, Noah was a freelance writer and editor, along with serving as a Content Reviewer at WyzAnt Tutoring. Noah holds a BA, Magna cum Laude, from Bard College at Simon's Rock and completed a Full Stack Bootcamp at Rithm School in 2023.
