Patrick Hood

Patrick Hood is an experienced professional in the fields of security and information technology. Currently serving as the Security and Compliance Manager at Gladly since July 2023, Patrick has previously held roles such as Information Security and Technology Manager at Thankful AI and Senior IT Specialist at The Corvallis Clinic. With a background as a freelance Security Researcher and Penetration Tester since 2014, Patrick has also worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Lionbridge Technologies, a Senior Desktop Support/Security Technician at New Hanover County Schools, and various positions in maritime and technology sectors. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, earned in 2015.
