Sandra Pitner

Sandra Pitner is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in product and engineering roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst for Product & Engineering at Gladly since February 2024, Sandra previously held the position of Business Intelligence Technical Lead at Nomad Health, where in-depth analysis and the implementation of a tailored data mart significantly enhanced data accessibility. Prior to that, Sandra worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Thrive Global, contributing to app/web product analytics and migrating the company to Looker. Sandra's career began in 1994 at Dynamic Developers as a Consultant/Entrepreneur, where advanced manufacturing database systems were developed. Additionally, Sandra was a founding member of SheetMusicPlus.com and worked as an engineer at IBM, specializing in advanced processes for semiconductor fabrication. Sandra holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and is a PhD candidate in the same field, along with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas.
