Rafael Arellano Romero has been working in the software development industry since 2015. In 2016, they were an Organizer of Events for Netdevconf 1.1, which was a conference driven by the Linux community. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Promoter of Software Libre at Universidad de Sevilla. In 2017, they were a Developer at wadobo, where they worked on Full-Stack Django and API Rest development. In 2019, they worked as a Backend Developer at Glamping Hub, where they used Python with Django for the main monolith and Flask for some microservices. Rafael also used AWS services such as S3, SQS, Lambdas, ECR, Opensearch, and CloudWatch. Lastly, they worked as a Backend Developer at Geographica, where they used Python with technologies such as Flask and Django for API Rest development and PostgreSQL (postgis) and Carto for the database.
Rafael Arellano Romero began their educational journey in 2011 when they attended SAFA Nuestra Señora de los Reyes and earned a Técnico superior en sistemas informáticos en red. In 2013, they graduated with a Grado en Ingeniería in Tecnologías Informáticas from the Universidad de Sevilla. Rafael then continued their studies at the same university, pursuing a degree in Ingeniería informática.
