Prior to this, Manuel served as an Associate - Product Owner at ICF from August 2012 to October 2015, where a commitment to exceptional performance led to promotions through consecutive review cycles. Manuel's career began as a Software Engineer Intern/Consultant at CGI Federal in June 2011. Educated at the University of Virginia, Manuel earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems & Information Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science in 2012.
