Dragan Zaric

Dragan Zaric has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Dragan started working at Genesys in 1997 as an Application Consultant and Solution Architect, where they specialized in the planning, design, and implementation of contact center solutions. Dragan then took on the role of Project Manager, where they successfully managed project teams and ensured the timely and budget-friendly delivery of Genesys contact center solutions for large enterprise clients. Later, as a Services Delivery Manager at Genesys, they were responsible for contact center solution delivery for the US Western Region and played a key role in developing the professional services organization.

In 2006, Dragan joined Cisco as a Services Delivery Manager and later became the Director of the Customer Experience Innovation Practice. In these roles, they focused on championing the creation and development of the Customer Experience Innovation Practice and led the definition and development of customer experience solutions and services, including omnichannel, analytics, and IoT integrations. Dragan deployed innovative solutions for digital transformation in customer care and captured new market segments with major enterprise clients in the financial services industry.

In 2018, Dragan moved to Microsoft, where they worked as a Services Account Executive for strategic named accounts in the Financial Services Industry vertical. Dragan was responsible for achieving services revenue, cloud consumption, and customer satisfaction goals through effective sales and delivery excellence. Dragan built and managed key executive relationships to drive larger impact for customers.

Most recently, Dragan joined Twilio in 2022 as an Enterprise Account Executive, specializing in the financial services industry. In this role, they helped large corporations and mid-size companies implement transformative digital solutions, improving revenue and reducing costs through the Twilio Customer Engagement Platform. Dragan consistently exceeded sales quotas, achieving 166% of the revenue goal for FY2022. Currently, they are working as a Sales Director at Glance.
