Kayla Baron

Kayla Baron has been in the workforce since 2015. Her first job was as an AT Intern at the University of Tennessee. Kayla then worked as an Outreach Athletic Trainer at ATI Physical Therapy from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they were an Industrial Sports Medicine Professional at Briotix Health LP. In 2020, they worked as a Program Manager at Work-Fit, where they were responsible for managing and mitigating injuries within a large manufacturing client, as well as effective data analytics focused on ROI and project management. In 2021, they were a Business Development Manager at symplr, and is currently employed as an ABM Program Manager and Business Development at Glance Networks since 2022.

Kayla Baron attended the University of Northern Iowa from 2008 to 2010, the University of Hull in 2010-2011, and Northern Illinois University from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Athletic Training/Trainer. Kayla also holds the BOC Certified certification.
