Ron Scott

Ron Scott has over 20 years of professional work experience. Ron began their career in 1990 as a Computer and System Switching Specialist in the U.S. Air Force Aerospace Defense Department/NORAD, where they monitored and repaired computers that tracked aircraft entering U.S. air space. In 2001, they took on two roles as a Web Developer for Assumption College and University Webmaster for Oglethorpe University. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as Manager of eBusiness Strategy for Fallon Community Health Plan. Ron then moved on to MathWorks, where they served as Web Operations Manager from 2011 to 2013. Ron then worked as Director of Web and Application Development at Kronos Incorporated from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Product Manager at Monster, and from 2017 to 2019, they were a Senior Product Manager at Staples. Currently, Ron is a Senior Product Manager at Glance Networks.

Ron Scott's education history includes graduating from Gaston High School in 1987 with a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Ron then attended Electronics Engineering Technology and obtained an Associates of Applied Science in Electronics in 1989. After that, they attended the University of South Alabama and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1999. Finally, they attended Assumption University and obtained an MBA in Business in 2005. Additionally, Ron Scott has obtained several certifications, including PMC Level II, PMC Level III, PMC Level IV, Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, Pragmatic Certified Product Manager, and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT Group in 2013.
