Akshat Gupta

Akshat Gupta is an experienced professional in machine learning and data science, currently serving as MLE III at Glance since July 2021, focusing on content innovation utilizing Generative AI for a user base of 50 million. Prior experience includes a role as Data Scientist II at Glance, where efforts led to significant improvements in product image quality and load times. Previously, at Société Générale, Akshat held positions as Software Engineer - Data Science and Machine Learning Engineer, leveraging Big Data technologies for financial analytics and developing Convolutional Neural Networks for signature classification. Akshat also completed a research internship at The University of Tokyo, implementing a computation engine for CNNs on FPGA hardware. Akshat holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Instrumentation Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
