Niloy Som is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in creative leadership across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Design at Glance since June 2022, Niloy has held significant roles including Sr. Creative Director at Grey Group and Design Manager at Amazon Market, where a strong emphasis was placed on creativity and innovation. Prior experience includes positions as Creative Director at Hakuhodo Percept Pvt. Ltd., Creative Supervisor at JWT Delhi and Webchutney, and Senior Art Director at Publicis Delhi. Niloy began the professional journey as an Art Director at Bates India after completing a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Advertising from the College of Arts, Delhi.
