Susmita Kundu has extensive experience in data science and analytics, currently serving as Head of Decision Sciences for News Experience at Glance since January 2022. Previously, Susmita was a Senior Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where responsibilities included setting up the Data Science and Analytics function and delivering solutions in marketing, supply chain, and government business. Earlier roles include Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations at Hotstar, Digital Analytics Consultant at comScore, and various positions at Microsoft India, culminating in a role as Lead Software Engineer in Test. Susmita holds a PGDM in Marketing Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
