Tom Burgess is currently the Debt Capital Market Operations Team Lead at GLAS, where Tom leads the client service team in handling bond transactions and providing support for liability management events. Prior to this, Tom worked at BNY Mellon for over 10 years in various roles such as Transaction Management Group Specialist, CT Payments & CDO SWAP Supervisor, New Issues Team Leader, Common Depository Income Analyst, and New Issues Clerk. Tom's experience includes overseeing payment processing, negotiating legal documentation, managing new issue settlements, and ensuring timely ISIN allocation for MTN products. Tom attended summerbee for their education from 1993 to 1998.
