Fiona Jones has extensive experience in event management and venue operations, currently serving as the Assistant Cluster Manager and Spectator Safety Officer at Glasgow Life since March 2004. In this role, Fiona has been instrumental in establishing the Emirates Arena's world reputation, overseeing high-profile events and ensuring safety during televised occasions. Previous positions include Venue Manager for Glasgow On Ice, where Fiona led an operations team, and Assistant Manager for Kelvin Hall and Glasgow Club Gorbals, managing significant event portfolios. Earlier career roles include Operational Supervisor at the University of Glasgow and Duty Operations Manager at Riverside Ice & Leisure, where Fiona managed a busy ice and multi-activity center. Fiona holds a BA (Hons) in Leisure Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
