Niall Lochrie

Niall Lochrie has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Niall is currently employed as a Management Accountant at Glasgow Prestwick Airport since January 2023. Prior to their current position, Niall worked as a Commercial Accountant at First Milk Ltd from May 2017 to January 2023.

Before joining First Milk Ltd, Niall worked as a Business Analyst at Bauer Media from June 2014 to April 2017. Niall also held various roles at Newsquest Herald & Times, including Senior Management Accountant from December 2009 to May 2014, Management Accountant from September 2008 to December 2009, and Trainee Accountant from November 2005 to September 2008.

Niall began their career as an Account Assistant at Newsquest Herald from August 2004 to November 2005. Niall then worked as a Credit Controller at Newsquest Herald & Times from October 2003 to August 2004. Before that, they served as a Cashier/Account Assistant at Aon from November 2002 to October 2003.

Niall's first job was as an Office Assistant at Lochrie & Partners from June 2001 to November 2002. Through their various roles, Niall has gained experience in management accounting, commercial accounting, business analysis, and financial reporting.

Niall Lochrie completed their primary and secondary education at Grange Academy from 1993 to 1999, although no degree or field of study is specified. Niall then pursued higher education at the University of Glasgow from 1999 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Accountancy (B Acc) degree with a specialization in Accountancy. In 2005, Niall enrolled in CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), where they obtained the Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) certification in Accountancy.
